Happy New Year!

What are your resolutions for the new year? A good one would be not to start it off in jail. If you’re out celebrating tonight, please remember not to drink and drive. Law enforcement across the metro (including us) will be on the lookout for impaired drivers. Also, AAA will once again be offering their free Tipsy Tow at (800) 222-4357. Please utilize it or a sober friend and get home safely.

Happy Thanksgiving!

All of us at Nicoma Park Police Department would like to wish you a happy, safe and blessed Thanksgiving! If you’re travelling, please be safe and buckle up.

NPPD Hires New Chief of police

We are excited to announce that Logan County Sheriff’s Office, Chief Deputy Rob Groseclose has been offered and has accepted a position as Chief of Police for the City of Nicoma Park.  Before his time with Logan County, Chief Deputy Groseclose worked as a Lieutenant with the City of Spencer (our next door neighbor) and worked closely with us from time to time, so he is no stranger to us and we are very pleased to have him as our new Chief!  Welcome home, Rob!
